Users are responsible for ensuring that their chosen browser is compatible with our products, as we do not guarantee functionality across all browser environments.

5. Unauthorized & Illegal Usage

You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech.

  • Distributing illegal, obscene, or copyrighted content.

  • Linking to warez software, pirated content, or other illegal materials.

Unauthorized duplication, resale, or exploitation of any Bitrix product without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for all content posted and activities conducted under their accounts. Bitrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited behavior. If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining its security and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to Bitrix are final. No refunds or chargebacks will be issued. Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. You must use your account balance for purchasing our services, including hosting and SEO campaigns.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed against Bitrix after a deposit, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel all future orders.

  • Permanently ban you from our platform.

  • Report fraudulent activity, including unauthorized or stolen credit card usage.

No exceptions will be made regarding refunds.

8. Free Balance & Coupon Policy

Bitrix offers free balance, coupons, and deposit offers at its discretion. We reserve the right to review and deduct any awarded free balance if we determine misuse or abuse.

If a free balance deduction results in a negative account balance, the account will be automatically suspended. To reactivate a suspended account due to a negative balance, users must make a custom payment to settle the deficit.

9. Information We Collect
